Insider Terminal (the “Software”) is designed to be local-first: your credentials, broker/API keys, trading configuration, journal, watchlists, alerts, and preferences are stored on your own device, not on a server we operate. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or anyone else for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not run any advertising or tracking on this website. There is nothing to opt out of today.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sharing" covers disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without payment. We don't do that. We don't run ad networks, ad pixels, or third-party analytics on this website, and the Software contains no advertising.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; delete personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (as described above, we do not do either); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — for example, we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you submitted a privacy request.
If you reside in a US state with a similar consumer privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or others as they take effect), you have comparable rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. The same "we do not sell or share" statement above applies, and the same contact method below lets you exercise those rights.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share / Privacy Request" from the email address associated with your account (if you have one). Tell us which right you are exercising (know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, or limit use of sensitive personal information). We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
