We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checklist, and we revisit it as the site evolves.
To support accessibility, this website uses semantic HTML for structure and navigation, a keyboard-navigable menu and interface, text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, and color contrast intended to meet WCAG AA guidelines. The site also respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting — if you have that enabled, decorative effects such as the homepage's WebGL hero animation and page-load motion effects are skipped automatically.
Some parts of the site are still a work in progress from an accessibility standpoint. The animated WebGL hero graphic and the product screenshot carousel on the homepage are decorative — both provide static fallbacks and are disabled automatically under reduced motion, but their interactive controls may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology. The Insider Terminal desktop application is separate software from this website and is being improved iteratively; if you hit an accessibility barrier in the app, please tell us using the contact details below.
